Exercise dvd's??

Do any of you do exercise at home. I used to do the wii fit but the kids never played with it so we sold it to a kid in need at christmas.

I was thinking of getting an exercise dvd but not sure what to get. I don't really want anything that will kill me. I am a heavy smoker and chunky too so it has to be something that wont give me a heart attack. lol. Any ideas?

What about Coleen Nolans DVD I think that should be a pretty safe bet I know she's a smoker and she was on the chunky side pre diet and exercise so I should think that wouldn't be to frantic steer clear of Davina's unless your wanting a bit of torture lol
