...Lost 4lbs already!!!!
Started on Monday, but my pharmacist said she wanted me to weigh in on Fridays ( don't ask?)....anyway weighed in today and already 4lbs OFF. Man I love this diet. Sooo worth sticking to.
I had the usual 3-4 day detox headache from hell, but now that's behind, I'm feeling fab...on my way to a slimmer me this summer. Whayhey!! Watch out next Friday

Well done hun! I know I shouldn't but I keep having a peeky sneak on my scales (they weighed me same as pharmacy for once!) and its nice to see the figures dropping, I can't wait for my first WI on Tuesday!
