i am chuffed cos last week i couldnt stick to ss and only lost 2 but even that i couldnt believe seen as tho id strayed so much. But this week i was 100% ss+ and its worked for me, not been hungry at all. Not thought about about food really either!

Thats fab news Jam, well done! I'm thinking of restarting myself, been debating since New year. Can I ask which CDC you see? I'm in Oakworth (Keighley) and I used to trail all the way over to Bradford to see my CDC, is there one closer if I travel in your direction?
