I have just looked at the inspiration slideshow for the first time and have to say it is very inspirational Some of the losses a are amazing, well done to all of you!!!

Incredible pics, im soooo amazed at how far everyone has come and how happy people look in their after pics. Im gutted ive not done any proper 'before' pics now.

Just joined the site and I would never have found these images and they certainly made me think...........

If they can do it - so can I.......
