Hi everyone.
I was preparing my tomato and basil soup last night and it occurred to me that in the summer months I might not want to have soup in the evening. Currently I am doing total solution and having 1 x shake, 1 x bar and 1 x soup per day. Is it OK to have 1xbar and 2xshakes or do you have to have one of each to get the correct nutrients?
Anyone know?
