day 4 on alli tabs and been doing really well. well dont want to be gross but went to a number 2 and it was just blood.. bright red! I,m shaking and thinking omfg!!!!! dont know what to do.. not been to the toilet in a few days but thats normal hey.. should not have this! i,m rambling... and crying....

If you are bleeding i would take Taz's advice and phone the helpline asap. I hope its nothing seriuos.

try to calm down im very very sure what you are seeing is red oil ive been taken orlistat on and off for 10n years .... it looks like blood but its actually just hot oil ,, basically fat means you had too much fat ... but do get it checked just in case hun xx but am sure yr fine xx

WELL GUYS went to the gps this morn. DEFINATLY blood!! HES REFERRED me to the hospital but does not think its the tabs. feeling like crap today though think that could be due to worrying !
