If your my post earlier on in the week about striggling on Tuesday and feeling really crappy no energy freezing cold unbeleivably tired.
Any way just trying to work out do yo think my walk to work my have had something to do with it admittedly not done that for a few weeks but my pedometer said I walked of 350 calaries considering we only take in approx 425 this is a large amount.
What do u think

Ps Im feeling great now

I could well have contributed Sharron...your body is burning up your fat as it is. I do get tired easily and am forever cold.......but I am not like that normally, although I do feel the cold generally, but I almost shiver on LT

You could well be just overdoing things and pushing your body a bit too far especially with the cold outside as well.

Not 100% sure, but it is something to think about.

cheers hun back to the bus for me for the nxt couple of weeks xx

Walking should be fine - as long as you don't push it to the point of getting out of breath. Don't worry about the calorie thing. Although you're only taking in a very few, you're living off the normal amount - that's how the diet works. In every stone of excess fat you have there are 37000 calories so most of us have a few spare (!). I think feeling tired at times is to be expected and I am really feeling the cold too, but I see it as a small price to pay for all the weight loss!

Glad you're feeling great now.
