Back on the LT Wagon

Bye Bye Huge Bottom!
Hiya doubt anyone remembers me on here, I did LT running up to my wedding in 2008 and got down to 11st 10lb (didn't have time to go any further). Anyways I felt fabulous in my wedding frock and on my honeymoon but a week on holiday and a week working at Leeds festival I couldn't find a salad anywhere and got back into old habits. I'm one of those with a crappy underactive thyroid and have next to no metabolism so put two and two together and now I'm huge!

So now its got to the point where I'm really fed up with myself and its time to do something about it!!! I'm on day 2 now and I can't wait for my first weigh in on tuesday. I'm not doing too bad with the hunger pangs etc but I forgot how annoying it is needing a wee all the time!

So here I am and here I will stay until I am back in those size 12 jeans in my wardrobe! :D

hey welcome back! :) it is so annoying going to the loo every half hour isnt it! lol, good luck and i hope you do well! youll be back in those size12s in no time ! x

Hi cathy and welcome back. I was doing LT in sept 08 were you still around then? I think i do recognise your name but it could be from old posts. good luck with the first week!!

Thanks for the support ladies I'm really looking forward to shifting some of this excess me! Its good to be back on here as it can get real lonely if you go it alone.

I think it may have been my old posts you read as I did LT March 08 - June 08 and did refeed up to my wedding on 08/08/08

Welcome back babe! You'll get to target in no time just keep strong and hang those jeans up somewhere for motivation! :D xx

Hi Cathy

:welcome2: back!! I am also restarting. I lost 3stone last year and gained a stone 1/2 back over Xmas...eek!! Was almost embarassed to come back on the forum and admit it, but everyone has been so encouraging and fab I feel really confident again.
I am also an underactive thyroid 'sufferer' so I feel your pain sister...its really difficult, our losses are not as much as the others.....HOWEVER they are losses!!
Good luck with your restart ;)
