How about steamed asparagus wrapped in parma ham (28g is half a syn I would use 56g for 1 syn) with extra light mayo with a spritz of lemon juice in (half syn) for starter.
For main how about teh thai salmon filo parcels that BritMumInCanada posted in the recipe section, she served it with roasted new potatoes and aspargus but I am currently doing it with an assortment of roased vegetables.
And for dessert have a nice fruit salad with lots of tropical fruits and light sqquirty cream (1 syn).
That would be all three courses for 6 syns!
