Well unfortunately gained 2lb not overly upset because i was really struggling on Tues with feeling dizzy/cold needing to sleep but couldnt quite work out what to do had a shake but it didnt help so I had a cheese sandwich I know I should have probably had something with less carbs but hey it made me feel a lot better think i had low blood sugar not sure but not making excuses any way been on track again 2 days feeling really good with myself so its behind me I wont ponder on it thanks for listening guys
