Well a little about me. Im 21 from north east england and like any other person i love my food wayyy too much and need to fix my well addiction.

I lost 81lbs last year through various diets CS, Atkins and last of all lipotrim which is very similar to CD just the choices are alot more limited.

Buttt i put some back on and tbh i was still not 100 percent comfortable with my final goal weight.

Sooo im back and looking to start a fresh get the weight i put on back off plus some extra.

I have my gorgeous diet buddy Tasha starting with me tomorrow, i a, now stalking her and Ant (whom i have just met) diaries and will no doubt take over the whole forum.

I just want to feel good about myself again.

Sooo thanks for listening and i look forward to annoying or well getting to know lots of you.

And before i forget ive talked to caroline a fair but today....you are a fabulous lady..

Woop woop!! You have done so well to lose 81lb if you have lost all that weight then this diet is not a problem!! I think your head is in the right place and you have my support 100%. We are al going to support each other through this hehe!! Cant wait for 2morra xxx

Well its almost 8am ... and I will be having my first shake in a few hours >.<

Im sooooooo excited to be getting the weight off, to be honest Im sick of feeling blah about myself I have no other way to put it!

Im going to drink about 4L of water everyday and Im just sticking to the one shake atm ...just to see how i handle myself.

Im not looking forward to the first few days side effects like coldness, headaches etc but it will all come good next weigh in day.

Im hoping for 5-6lb loss so keep your fingers crossed.

I have to go do some work now ...but good luck Tasha i will text you just before 9

I know hun i aint looking forward to the bad heads and feeling sick, but as you say it will all be worth it in the end. I am so please we have each other for support hehe! I had the porriage as my first pack and it was sooooo nice lol. I just seen on another post today that u dont like porriage so the txt you sent me this morning wishing me good luck with the ''yum yum porriage'' at the end now seems even more sweet haha. Thank you for the support hunni. Txt me and let me know how your first shake goes xxxx
