Homepride chicken supreme sauce

Does anyone know the syn value in Homepride chicken supreme sauce. Am having a red day, the chicken n veg are free and am having 1/4 tin of the sauce which is 158 cal and 14g fat. Thanks.

OMG they are huge! It looked so innocent in the jar!! Is that for the whole jar the 31 1/2 syns?

Yes this is for the whole jar - just so you know though - I made a chicken pie at the weekend and instead of using a jar for the chicken mix I used one tin of Batchelors low fat condensed soup and added a little water - the whole tin for the chicken or the mushroom is 7 syns - it might be worth a look instead of the Homepride
