just had it for tea and so quick, boil some savory rice in a pan, add beaten egg and fresh herbs, frylight a pan then put in in and pat it down, cook for five mins and then pop under the grill for 5mins, i had it with mushy peas was yummy and simple from when youve just been at work all day xxxx
