Hi everyone.
I've come to the point where I just don't know what to do to lose weight and keep it off. I've been a yoyo dieter for 10 years now and I've had enough. I lose the weight and then pile it back on and then some. I know I have a very bad relationship with food and want to break the vicious circle. I'm nearly 16 stone having put on 3 and a half during the past 7 months. I really don't know what to try next. I've tried many diets, the most successful was the Cambridge diet. I lost 4 stone and was really happy. I went done to a size 10 which I haven't been since I was about 12yrs old. I'm now in my 30's and would love to lose weight and keep it off. I would appreciate any advice anyone has on the best way to go from here.
