Mullerlight orange and chocolate syn value?

Hey all, just started the diet today, trying to lose the last of my baby weight. Can anyone tell me if the mullerlight orange and chocolate yogurts have any syn value or are syn free?

Yes it's syn free. If you look at the thread at the top of the forum you'll find a list of all the syn free yoghurts
