Anyone got any ideas for a tasty Tuna Pasta Bake?

Hi,

I have searched through the recipe section & can't find anything so I wondered if anyone can help me with some inspiration with Tuna Pasta Bake for tonights tea, here's what I have in the house other than the obvious tuna & pasta:

Peppers
Onions
Garlic
Mushrooms
Laughing Cow Extra Light
Mozzarella

I am on a Green Day so I am going to use the HEB for half a tin of tuna and I have my 2 A's left.

Thanks in anticipation :)

Hi,

Well this is what I did:

Chopped up some mushrooms, finely chopped half an onion & 1/4 of a pepper and crushed a clove of garlic. Sprayed Fry Light into a pan and fried all of the above.

Meanwhile I cooked some Chilli Penne Pasta (free).

I then added a little bit of passata to the vegetables, a tin of tomatoes and a tin of tuna.

I melted 6 Laughing Cow Light triangles in the microwave and poured them into the tomato & vegetable mixture.

Mixed all together in a Pyrex dish, added 84g of Mozzarella (half for hubby half for me!) and baked in the oven for 20 minutes.

It was delicious!!!! :D

Thank you for this recipe.
