Reasons Never to Drink, Even on your Birthday...

Quite simply I drank loads last night after not drinking very much since September last year.

I promised myself last year when I started dieting that I would allow myself a couple of days off to eat and drink whatever around my birthday.

Kind of wishing right now I had eaten some bad food last night rather than drinking.

Urgghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I feel like pants!

Vodka is bad!

Thanks everyone for their hang over support yesterday and birthday wishes!

Had a great day after some brekkie and few cups of tea!

Had a fab day but won't say much about it because there was a fair amount of food - but it was great! Back to the diet though today.
