Hi, wondering what the classes are like

Hi there,

I've just signed up for 12 weeks of Rosemary Conley classes. I've never been to one before, so not sure what to expect from them. I won't be following the diet, but am doing it for the exercise class. What is the exercise part like? Do you guys enjoy it? How long is that bit?

Exercise is 45 mins. Take a towel or a mat and a bottle of water.

I love going to my class, its fun and inspirational and such a laugh. You meet loads of lovely people and get lots of support.

Is there a reason you dont plan on following the diet?

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for your reply. I'm actually on the Cambridge Diet so I'm doing that at the moment, and I think that it's the best one for me. Though I think all of the information and plans that they give me will be extremely helpful for when I've finished on this diet. The idea of going to an RC class was more for the exercise part really.
