i've decided to write down everything i've eaten, so i can see where i'm heading, if theirs something that i could improve on please kick me in the right direction, thanks.

i had a hot chocolate - 40 calories

B - vanilla shake - 218

s - 1 green apple - 60

L - strawberry shake - 217

d - prawn stirfry with vegetables chucked in and a small portion of brown rice plus a small side salad. not more than 400 calories.

S - if i'm hungry it will be toffee muller light - 100.

do you think 1000 calories are too little?
 
personally i think it is... if you dont eat enough cals then your body will go into starvation mode and then what you do eat will stick to you like glue...
i think you need to up your dinner cals, and then maybe add another snack or another hot chocolate in there during the day or in the evening.. just to bump it up....
hope that makes sense...

and your prawb stir fry sounds yummy!!!
 
Thanks guys, i've been upping my daily calories to 1200, i almost passed out while sleeping 2 nights ago and i no i havent been eating enough.

Hot chocolate made with evaporated milk, mmm - 100 calories

B - strawberry shake - 217
S - dairylee dunkers ( yummy)
L - tiny portion of lentil soup - 200
S - clementine, 1 cracker + ff yugurt- 100
D - 200g roast potatoes, 1 slice of roasted salmon and steamed veg. 450

S - small portion of savory rice - 100
maybe will have a hot choc with a squirt of low fat wipped cream later while watching eastenders if i feel peckish. lol
hope this is better than before
