TINNED MACKEREL IN TOMATOE SAUCE.. suggestions?

I have had a tin of this in the cupbaord for bleeding ages. I just don't know what to do with it?

I love this stuff - its gorgeous with a baked potato and salad - if you are doing EE - really filling - hope that helps!

I just have mine on toast too with a HEXA of cheese sprinkled on top and put back under the grill until the cheese has melted, loveeeely.

Ewwww, I'd bin them!!

Only kidding, I don't like them but OH loves them and has them on 2 small slices of toast or on ryvita.

I wish I liked them but the smell and taste just turn me off!

Im with Jaylou! Ewww!!! Lol
I used to like pilchards in tomato sauce, until recently and the smell just makes me heave!
I used to love adding a little bit of vinegar, mushing them up and then eating them with toast after they have been grilled with some white pepper.

Try mixing with pasta, sounds yuk but it lovely, honest!
