fruit help!

Tell me about fruitIs all fruit free on EE and does this include fruit juice (not from concentrate) and dried fruits like dried apricots and raisins etc? and i have no idea of the syn value of nuts? any help gratefully recieved. Thanks

All fresh WHOLE fruits are free. Dried and juiced fruits have to be synned.

If you cook or puree fruit it has to be synned also.
