Possible pregnancy diabities due to weight

I had my 25 week midwife check today and she is sending me to be checked for diabities because i have already put on 2 stone. I started slimming world on wednesday luckily so i am monitoring it myself, but want to ask you all for the support and encouragement to stick to plan.
