I'm making the smoked haddock gratin out of the SW mag for tea. The recipe said baby spinach, but Tesco only had massive bags of normal spinach. I've never had spinach before, so, being so tight as I am, didn't want to get the huge bag, but instead I bought some canned spinach. Will this work? If so, I presume its raw and I just treat it like fresh?
