re.start

Hi all
i did restart LT on the 4th of jan, only lasted 2 days then caved in thinking about it i was dreading restart , but thought i can do this!!!! Then kids were off school because of the snow all that week, my mindset just wasent right
So i stared on tue 12th jan, this is my 4th day and since starting ive felt FANTASTIC not had a problem and really looking forward to the weight coming off !!!

how are you finding exante ??? can see you had a mega weight loss in your 1st week thats fantastic well done.
hubby is on LT aswell but is changing to exante tommorow, do you just find it the same as lipotrim ?? the packaging looks more appitising lol flapjacks look lush !!!
