a nice glaze for chicken?

Iv invested in some asda whole meal pittas..

now i plan to recreate my fave 'chicken kebab' .. but id like to know a nice glaze i can do the chicken chunks in, so it isnt too plain?

sweet chilli glaze would be nice or maybe honey and garlic.

i dont know if this is on any of the recipies here but my friend is also doing sw and her sw consultant gave them a recipe for sticky chinese sauce. The ingredients were a can of diet coke and 2 tea spoons of chinese 5 spice. I dont this she put anything else in it. You bring the coke to the boil and add your chinese 5 spice and simmer till it reduces. I never tried it but she said it was enough for the chicken to soak up and it tasted yummy!
