Mirch Masala Anyone???

Having a takeaway from here tonight MIRCH MASALA (my 1 naughty night a week!) and am wondering what you would recommend I have. I am on a Red Day, so I will not have the rice.....but is there a dish I definately shouldnt have?? Meat will be chicken.

Try having the Chicken Bhuna, Chicken Dhansak, Chicken Jalfrezi or Chicken Vindaloo instead of the other chicken dishes and if possible have the chapati instead of the Naan bread.

Oh if they have any grilled or roasted chicken or chicken kebabs that is probably your best bet Enjoy!

tikka or tandoori should be quite low, as it is dry.

A lot of the moist curries have heaps of oil in them I find.
