Poaching fish in milk

If I poach fish in milk and don't use the milk for anything, will that count as something synful??

Measure the milk before and after poaching and syn the difference in volume. So if you measure 350ml milk and after poaching the fish you measure again and its 250ml then you just need to syn 100ml. Hope this makes sense!
