hi everyone, just back from ww, decided to go back to classes, done other diets during the year and the novelty soon wears off so decided to go back to ww. i am a gold member of a few years ago so i know i can do it.
just found out about the butternut squash! slice and spray with fry lite, oven for 40 mins...... zero point chips.
hope everyone has a good start for the new year.:):):)

I'm a 'returner' as well, I know the plan like the back of my hand, and it never fails to work. I just need support to stick at it, I get complacent after I lose the first stone.

Im doing this again too, i can loose the weight but keeping it off is hard, so back to the start for me too...GOOD LUCK xxx
