Morrisons Rice Cakes (Rice and Corn Snacks)

Hi there,

I don't usually shop at Morrisons but i popped in the other day and bought some of their Rice Cakes in various flavours. 30g packets.

Can anyone please help me out with the Syn values.

I'm new here today and started SW last week, so any helpful hints are very gratefully received.
