I seems there are a few of us struggling to get back in the swing of things so I thought we could come together are write a plan of action - even tiny steps. We can do this and we will do it together!!

My baby steps in the right direction are:
I will complete my food diary
I will visualise myself at goal

What are yours??
 
I messed up with my HEXB - I thought weight watchers green bread was free, but got two more loafs of it grr but I am using it as it costs me bloody money but after I am going to sort out that error :)
 
Definitely to keep my online food diaries up-to-date - it's the only way I stay 100%!!!
 
Yeah, I need to get back into writing down everything I eat. And I'm also going to start meal planning to ensure I get plenty of fruit and veg into my meals (doing EE so need my 1/3 superfree!).

I am also going to think in 7lb targets rather than 1 stone targets. Hopefully more achieveable!

Also is eating more important than looking nice for the summer???
