hi everyone, i'm new to this, i've been calorie counting since the last yr, i was then on lipotrim for a few months until last friday my gp offered me reductil, he advised me to count my calories so here i am.

i've been doing this properly on my own for nearly a week now and i've realised that the reductil might not be working as yet or maybe i'm just impatient. but i'm finding it hard to do it on my own as i've got no support, so i decided to join you guys on here if its ok?

Welcome to both of you! Im pretty new too, just been doing it for a week. Got my first weigh in tomorrow!

good luck... am fairly new too.

Need slapping back into line too, been trogging out, eating upto 1400 a day, was wanting to keep below 1000. But i will get back in line tomorrow. Lost 1 1/2 inch this week but not reweighed myself yet.

Im fairly new too. Calorie counting and trying to stay below 1500 (1200 if i can manage, but find myself going just above it most times)

I didnt do too well last week, but this week i'm back on track :)

I would say one of the most handy tips is to make a log of absolutely everything that passes your lips - fluids included. You are more than welcome to join me on pigdog and princesses and as a seasoned calorie counter can offer you tips and advice on your menu!

same here, my downfall is in the evenings, i tend to get the munchies after 6pm, so far today i've been sticking to my plan, lets hope i dont go over a 1000 calories today.
