can definately see the loss. u now have collar bones and u face/neck/sholders are very obviously smaller. also lost a lot from legs. although u can see u have lost it all over, those r the most different from where im sitting. well done!! xxxxx

I have gone from a 24 to an 18 (20 in some shops!)... and 16 in some others!!!

Can definitely see a difference! Your arms are slimmer, your face is slimmer, your double chin has gone and if you put your front pictures side by side, you can clearly see you're taking up less of the door!!
