Noodles for 11 calories!

Just watching my big fat diet on TV and it says you can have a portion of yam noodles for 11 calories
Worth a try on a DD

Ooh! The noodles I've always bought or seen are a lot more than that! Will have to have a look out for those!! Would be great in a stir fry as I usually just have stir fry veg on a dd with no noodles, which is nice but stir fry is always better with noodles lol!

I wish we had a shop like the 100 cal club! Wouldn't that be cool being able to buy everything in 100 cal portions!!!
