help please!

ok guys i am gonna moan again -
i feel so fat that the moment - and i know i have not lost this week -
i don't feel like it and well i just know i haven't - i pop on my scales which is only one pound off weight watchers scales -

going to the gym and hopefully do 2 hours workout - but i still know that no good for thursday morning!
oh bugger it - i feel like i always be fat!:mad:
but the funny thing is i am mad at myself - for not being in control!
 
If you're not losing weight then you need to have another look at what you're eating.

Are you writing it all down each day to keep track of your points?

Are you drinking enough water?

Are your portion sizes all correct? It might be worth weighing and measuring for a week to see if that makes any difference.

Are you eating a variety of foods - sometimes when you eat the same thing all the time your body gets used to it and doesn't burn it off so well.

Do you change your gym workout every couple of weeks - again sometimes the body gets used to the workout you do.
 
no its me not what i am doing!

sorry - i much better today i just needed a moan thats all -

i know i never lost any because i was not good! - i stayed the same anyway so i am happy!
