Mixing Diets ? advice please.

Hi everyone,im new to the site and im so inspired to read the post and love the positive mindset.
I lost 3 stone on lighter life 2 years ago but the weight slowly come back regardless of my efforts to eat healthy and exercise.I moved to Norway 18 months ago with my husbands work and have had health problems for the first time ever.I was diagnosed with fybromyagia by a doctor but after lost of research I found I am intollerant to wheat, yeast, tomatoes, caffiene, mushrooms and eggs.all this causing water retention and joint pain etc.I am so uncomfortable and can fluctuate between a size 16 -20.
I will get weighed today but think im around 14 and a half stone and would like to be 10 stone im 5ft 3in tall.

my question is,I have found a shop selling boxes of cambridge diet chocolate milk shake and started with 3-4 packets a day 2 days ago and I havent been able to buy any other flavours. There is a norwegian brand called NOKA and yesterday I bought a box of veg soup powder ,it need to be mixed with milk and I used soya milk.I think the callories are higher than a milk shake but not alot.

If I have 2 CD milk shakes and 1 NOKKA Soup a day mixed with soya milk,do you think this will be ok? I would rather stick to shakes and soups for 3 months then introduce food slowly so I can get a grip on my food intollerances.

thanks in advance for any advice............its exciting, good luck everyone xx:p

Hey. Sorry I don't know anything about this, but just wanted to welcome you! I'm sure someone/s will be here to help you out on your questions soon. :)

Good luck.

Sorry can't help you as not sure you would be getting sufficient vitamins and minerals. Can you either use all CD products or all NOKA? Is there anyone over there who can advise?

Irene xx

No ,nobody here to ask.I dont really want to just use CD as the only flavour I can buy is chocolate and the noka is higher calorie diet as everything needs to be mixed with milk.
