Hi, I have just joined your forum, have been to SW before and am now trying to get the hang of the Extra Easy Plan, This is how my 1st Day has gone, am I doing it right ???
Breakfast:
28g porridge
1 tsp sugar
1 bananna

Lunch:
2 satsummas
1 muller light
1 plum

Dinner:
Homemade meatballs (extra lean mince)
sauce made with passata, courgettes, peppers, onions and mushrooms and herbs
Boiled brown rice
Pud: Weight watchers frozen mint torte

Healthy extra A-- Milk
Healthy extra B-- Poridge oats

Yes have used them as my syns, just not sure of the value of the ww pudding have you any ideas x
 
only thing i would say is have something more at lunch time apaart from that it looks good
 
Thank you all for your help, those puds are quite a bit might have to find something different !!! ?
Just weighed myself and lost 4lb in my first week :)
 
No you're okay - you can have up to 15 syns so if you want the WW torte then feel free as long you count the syns.
