Garden Peas

I'm having a red day tomorrow and want to use garden peas as my HE B, but in the book, it says 71g garden peas boiled and also 142g garden peas boiled. I'm a bit confused. Which one is correct?

they both are.

Haven't got my book to hand, but one is possibly a ss option the other s or something like that.

In other words you can have either, depending on whether you want more or less.

I so explained that badly hehe

If you have 71g it's a speed food and a single helping of fibre.

If you have 142g you lose the speed food factor but get a double helping of fibre.

So, it boils down to how many you want and whether the speed or fibre content is more important to you.

I don't think my explanation is that clear either!!

Its a cooked weight Hun, so basically you have to weigh them out when they have been cooked.
