Hi everyone, back on the lipotrim after a wonderful christmas, managed to lose 1 and a half stones in 5 weeks, in time for my holiday in nov and only put on 4lbs over xmas and new year.

Back onto it tomorrow, to get down to my goal this time for the new year. Can someone tell me how to get a ticker on here please?!!!
