exante constipation

been on exante 6 days, and have lost 7lbs but have really bad constipation is this normal, never had it with LL.

Did you use the water flavours with LL? If so they contain fibre which would have helped stop constipation. You can buy soluble fibre from a lot of pharmacies (in particular any that sell Lipotrim will do it).

Also my doctor recommended glycerol/glycerine suppositories and these do work pretty well.

It may just be a reaction to you starting and it will sort itself out in a few more days.

Couple of spoonfuls per day of Fibresure stirred into a glass of water will sort you out! Boots, Tescos, pharmacies etc sell it.
