use you 3 100cal snacks all at once? for example, if a bag of crisps is 300cals. Don't think i'll actually do it like this, as have stocked up on all prepared fruit, so its easy to have on the go!

its not in the rulebook to say you cant.
and thats baciacally what ive done in the past if i know that there is a birthday at work orsomething and i know there is going to be a peice of cake or something... i just dont have any other snacks...

Thanks, this is helpful. I find a twitch if I don't periodically put some food in my mouth so I tend to eat fruit throught the day or i might be tempted!! WW hoops a low fat for a treat.
 
your blood sugar will crash if you don't have 6 regular intakes .. this will then make you sluggish and your brain will trigger a craving so best only to do it on the odd occasion as Kes and Lisa says
