BBQ sauce

Taken from Saucy Secrets (from memory, will amend when home if needs must)

1 onion roughly chopped
1tsp mild chilli powder
227ml passata
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp worcester sauce
1/2 tsp mustard powder
3 tbsp sweetener
salt and pepper
fry light

1. Heat some frylight and put onion and chilli powder into pan and sautee for 5mins until soft (I found rubbing chilli into onions gave even covering)
2 - add all other ingredients and bring to the boil, then simmer for 10mins until thick

Ta-da - easy and so so soooo good!

P.S I added more passata as though I glazed the chicken with the sauce when roasting, I wanted a pouring sauce for serving. I tweaked other bits to suit the extra passata simply to taste, but to be honest it was minimal despite adding more passata.
