My son to join CD?

Was talking to my son this morning about him losing some weight (he is 19 and weigh's 18st), he told me he would like to try CD, seeing my CDC tomorrow so i'll have a word with her about it, do you think he'll have to check with the doctor first? as i didn't have too! (i don't know if that's because i had already been on LL?) I have a few spare packs of LL left over so he is trying it today just to see if what it is like before i speak to my CDC... Do think that'll be ok?

His had 2 packs today so far & just got in from work, marcus seems quite happy with the packs & if he does decide to go on it i'm sure he'll enjoy the CD flavours much more.

The reason you won't have had to go to the docs is cause you don't contraindicate any of the conditions that require a doctors signature. LL always get you to go to a doc, no matter your state of health or meds you are on.

TBH - I'm not so sure about giving him LL packs until you know it is suitable for him.

If he is liking the LL packs, he'll be fine on CD.

I had the same worry about my daughter age 17yrs going on CD. I felt that I wass setting her the wrong example, that shhe should eat a healthy diet etc etc. However - she was determined and had seen that CD really works so had confidence in it. She started a week ago and has lost 7lbs. He'll be fine!

Im 20 and have found it fine. He will find it hard at first but if he is determined then he should do fine. Infact at his age/gender he shouldnt have a problem getting results and fast if he keeps to it.
