Me and the gym are not friends. The thought of slugging away on a treadmill makes me sick. So a couple of months before christmas i decided to take up a new hobby, that was dancing. Salsa and Street dance. I am now hooked and even before i started the ww plan, friends noticed my middle section was getting more flatter. I am looking forward to starting back to classes this week.
Anyway, the reason i am writing this is to encourage people to consider trying different activities when planning your exercise regimes. You might find something you really like and then exercise doesn't become a chore. And think of those bonus points!!! More food lol..
