How many syns in these please?

They're 63 cals, so I assume they were about 3ish?

I cant find them online (I do bodyoptimise) but they have a 'snackulator' where you enter the cals and it gives you the syns and it says 63 cals is 3 syns.

Thank you. I couldn't find it in my book either. I guesstimated it at 3 syns.
