Updating your Ticker

I've forgotten my PIN for my ticker so I cannot access the information to update it, anyone know how I can get my PIN or re-set it - it is not very clear from the page what I should do, it just says that the PIN in incorrect?

Unfortunately as far as I know you cant, youll need to redo your ticker
