Sent my other half to ASDA to buy bread and they were pretty much sold out! All they had were weight watchers Malt Danish. Really hoping hat this could be used as a HEXB?? Could anyone let me know please? Thanks

Sorry but I don't think it is, unless it changed in the recent update. You can have the brown danish but isn't the malt one a white bread?

It looks like wholemeal but I am no expert lol. I was just wishing and hoping because it was the only bread they had. I'll syn it if I have to, the slices arn't very thick.

Just checked, a slice in 2.5 syns so it won't break the bank

The SW website says that Weight Watchers wholemeal bread and brown danish are healthy extras but it doesnt say malt danish.
I checked the syns and it is 2.5syns for 1 slice.

I would be surprised if it wasn't a heb to be honest but that really puts you none the wiser!!!

Apparently it is a white bread with malted flakes so definitely not a HEB I'm afraid.

I had to buy Wholemeal Nimble this week - and I much prefer WW 'thicker' slice wholemeal, it toasts so much better...

Yum me too! That is what i had til i ran out. I can't believe what happens when we have snow... everyone panics and buys every loaf on the shelf argh!! I wish I was as organised.
