hey all. does anyone know how many syn's are in special k cereal bars. i have just bought a box of the chocolate chip ones which are 90 calories. iv compared them to the hi-fi ones and they seem to have less of everything in them just would like to know the syn value before i eat any of them.

They're 4.5 syns each. To work out syn values, divide the number of calories by 20.
