since before xmas and it is showing i have only gained 1lb over the festivities
i weighed my self on my wii as i couldnt get to meeeting this week (there is only 1/2lb difference between the wii and class scales), so i am well happy if this is the case, but will be on my best behaviour until next thursday

oh welldone! I've put on 4 pounds !!!!!!!
Did you make a conscious effort to stay on track during the festive period or did it happen without much effort?
I personally, ate for england..
and drank LOADs...

thanks, no i dont think i made an effort to stay on track, i dont drink and only had a few choccies and things nowhere near as what i have had in the previous years.

oh and does snyone know how many syns in a starbar i had a box of 48 for xmas
