Hi just foolishly eaten most of a pack of Co-op Chicken Drumsticks without realising they are coated in sugar and salt and pepper. I thought they were plain, so ate them without the skin thinking they were free.
I've put them in the syn calculator, and they have come up a wopping 9.5 syns for the pack. Can I deduct for the skin do you think?

Unless it was these ones?

Circles, it's not those, these were called salt and pepper chicken drumsticks. I was lef with very little meat by the time I had pealed the skin off

On the first page of the syn calculator there are drop down boxes where you can select any applicable free foods. This is for where the free food is the main ingredient in the product eg pasta for a pasta salad.

Sorry you have to be a group member to access the calculator as it's on the member's part of the SW website.
