Im feeling massive from gaining a few lbs help

everytime i try dieting i binge, give up or just fail! i ate healthy for 3 days and excercised and gained weight im devastated i didnt stick to a diet i just tried to eat well please help me someone email me to [email protected] with any tips/diets!!
 
all i can say is you need to want to lose weight or it is not going to happen. i had a over indulgent christmas and put on 10lbs, but this week i got back on track and managed to shift 6lbs.it has made me so motivated to keep going. do you go to class or doing it by yourself. if doing it yourself maybe a class may work for you knowing that you are going to be weighed in class and sort of have to explain a gain. i hope you manage to get the omph to do it.:)
